Project Controls Specialist

The role of Project Controls Specialist is a key position within the project team, responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality standards.

This specialist will work closely with the project controls team to develop, implement and deliver project controls systems and processes, as required. The specialist will also support the development of project health checks and dispute avoidance initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the project controls team in the development, implementation and delivery of project controls systems and processes.
  • Researching and managing databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collecting and reporting data to stakeholders, including the project controls team and clients.
  • Carrying out project health checks and developing strategies for dispute avoidance.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders, including the project controls team and client representatives.

For this role, we seek an individual with experience in scheduling management, program governance, change management, and/or document control. A strong stakeholder engagement background, combined with the ability to develop and maintain relationships, is essential. Additionally, candidates should be able to take initiative and grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
