**Workforce Management Expert**

 

As a Workforce Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving improved people capability across the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Researching and coordinating workforce projects and initiatives to deliver best-in-class workforce management principles.

- Enabling the provision of portfolio, program, and project support on key people and capability projects and programs.

- Identifying and analyzing complex HR issues, developing detailed project plans, and creating reporting documentation.

- Partnering with corporate human resources and other business areas to implement strategic workforce plans and drive innovation.

- Building effective partnerships and positive relations with internal and external stakeholders by establishing consultative processes and evaluating key activities.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Research and coordinate workforce projects and initiatives.
  • Enable portfolio, program, and project support.
  • Identify and analyze complex HR issues.
  • Develop project plans and reporting documentation.
