About the Role

The Senior Project Delivery Expert will oversee the overall execution of a large-scale gas-fired power plant project, encompassing civil, mechanical, and electrical scope of works. This role requires strategic leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, commissioning, and handover, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

  • Effective stakeholder management, including engagement with OEMs, government organizations, upstream suppliers, downstream customers, and community representatives;">
  • Leading and developing a high-performing project team, including Project Managers and discipline leads;">
  • Driving a culture of safety, accountability, and collaboration across all project phases;">
  • Demonstrating a visible commitment to health, safety, and the environment;">
  • Championing QHSE standards and procedures;">
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety obligations;">
  • Ensuring delivery meets quality standards and environmental obligations;">
  • Ensuring resource planning, mobilization, and workforce management are executed efficiently;">
  • Providing leadership in contract negotiations and commercial discussions;">
  • Reporting on project financial performance, forecasting, and risk management;">
  • Representing the project at high-level meetings, industry forums, and government consultations.">

A seasoned Project Director with deep expertise in delivering large-scale power, energy, and infrastructure projects, backed by a proven track record in managing complex EPC/EPCM programs across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes. You bring sharp commercial insight, strategic thinking, and a hands-on leadership style, and are known for building strong stakeholder relationships, including with government bodies and OEMs.
