We are seeking a highly skilled Project Governance Specialist to join our team. This exciting role will involve analysing complex intellectual property and implementing governance structures to ensure compliance with legislative guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse and implement effective governance structures for intellectual property management
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business development and research teams
  • Contribute to the development of commercialisation plans, timelines and budgets for current and prospective projects
  • Promote the translation of intellectual property into better health outcomes for Queenslanders

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge and experience of intellectual property laws and management within a health system
  • Strategic evaluation and creative thinking skills in terms of business models, innovation projects, and government-industry-university linkages
  • Proven engagement, consultation, negotiation and communication skills
  • Sound program management and leadership skills
