Insurance Claims Specialist

This role involves managing a portfolio of claims, with exposure to various lines of business. The Claims Executive is responsible for overseeing the entire claims process, delivering exceptional service, evaluating claims, and negotiating favorable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of strata and homeowner claims.
- Evaluate claims to determine policy coverage and negotiate favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients, repairers, assessors, and other stakeholders to maintain excellent working relationships.
- Identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and escalate them for internal review and investigation.
- 1-2 years of experience in insurance.
- Broad knowledge of the insurance industry and claims processes.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work under pressure, and possess excellent communication skills.
