We seek a Claims Specialist to join our claims team. This role involves managing end-to-end processes for mixed claim portfolios, conducting accurate reserving, and negotiating with third parties.

  • Manage and analyse claims data, including reserves and costs
  • Negotiate settlements with clients and third-party providers
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 7+ years of experience in general insurance claims
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly
Desirable Skills

The following skills would be highly regarded:

  • Previous experience in managing high-value claims
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as Law or Business/Commerce
