  • Deliver premium customer service and develop a strong working relationship with all customers and service providers.
  • Manage claims efficiently by leveraging external and internal specialists to achieve optimal settlement results.
  • Enhance technical expertise and participate in ongoing professional development and training as required.
About You

Candidates with prior experience in insurance claims or inbound call centre customer service are highly desirable. Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others are essential.

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills are required to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations is necessary.
