Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager

Embark on a challenging career opportunity with a leading engineering consultancy as a Senior Civil Engineer - Project Manager.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of civil engineers, design managers, and project managers working directly with contractors on live projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Support the Civil Team Lead in day-to-day leadership of a high-performing team.
  • Oversee engineers, design managers, and project managers working directly with contractors on live projects.
  • Offer technical input, quality oversight, and mentoring to junior staff members.
  • Serve as a key liaison between the consultancy, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.

Requirements include:

  • A degree-qualified civil engineer with at least 7 years of experience.
  • A strong background in civil infrastructure, preferably across road, transport, utilities, or urban development projects.
  • TfNSW exposure is required.
  • Natural leadership ability with experience mentoring juniors and supporting project teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage directly with contractors and clients.
