Youth Family Violence Specialist

Tradewind Australia is seeking a passionate Specialist Youth Family Violence Practitioner to join an innovative pilot program. This program aims to support 16-24-year-olds at risk of or experiencing family violence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with youth using early intervention and co-case management approaches.
- Lead community workshops to educate young people on relationships, warning signs, and safety.
- Closely collaborate with other youth services to provide wraparound support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or REC 209 qualification.
- Experience in family violence or youth services, with group facilitation skills highly regarded.
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally safe practices for youth.
