Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Attendant to join our team in Darwin.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional guest service skills and have the ability to manage bar operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of all cash and credit transactions throughout the shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized bar area, with a focus on equipment efficiency and stock rotation.
  • Verification of liquor types, brands, products, characteristics, and prices for clear communication with guests.
  • Management of bar food orders and beverage service, prioritizing excellent customer experience.
  • Record-keeping of spillage and wastage of stock, identifying areas for improvement.
Essential Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years bartending experience, with a strong understanding of cocktail knowledge and preparation.
  • High attention to detail, including personal appearance and hygiene, as well as previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibility Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates required.
