This is a permanent, full-time position based in Community Nightcliff, with a roster of 76 hours per fortnight.
What You'll Bring to the Role- Proven ability to achieve sales results by delivering solutions that meet customers' needs.
- Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- The capacity to establish strong relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues.
- A willingness to understand and promote what sets our organisation apart.
- A collaborative mindset – teamwork is essential for achieving our objectives.
- Experience in consumer lending – an asset but not essential.
