Customer Service Role

We are seeking a Customer Service professional to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to effectively communicate with customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertaking the registration and education of new customers
  • Efficiently and professionally answering calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf
  • Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails
  • Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented
  • Processing customer KYC (Identity Verification) checks across a variety of different methods
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for customer service
  • An understanding of upholding confidentiality of sensitive customer information
  • The ability to make clear and well-reasoned decisions
  • Availability to work out of hours shifts and weekends
  • A high level of attention to detail, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity of MS Office Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
