Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our People and Culture Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to facilitate the company's growth plans.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment of top industry talent.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted business partner, driving a positive hiring manager experience and educating stakeholders on recruitment processes and market conditions.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance metrics such as days in inbox, days to reject, and days until hired.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience using attraction tools and methods (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search) to engage with industry talent.
- Team Player: A team player mentality with a willingness to assist where needed.
- Minimum Qualifications: Minimum five years' experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
- Industry Expertise: Experience recruiting across various construction industry roles is highly regarded.
