  • Performance Metrics: Achieve key performance metrics such as days in inbox, days to reject, and days until hired.
Requirements
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience using attraction tools and methods (e.g., LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search) to engage with industry talent.
  • Team Player: A team player mentality with a willingness to assist where needed.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Minimum five years' experience in a Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience recruiting across various construction industry roles is highly regarded.
