We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Specialist to drive resourcing and talent solutions for business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have significant sourcing/talent acquisition experience in challenging environments and markets, ideally in construction, oil, gas and/or resources sectors. They will also possess strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
