The Role

We are seeking a passionate and inspired Customer Experience superstars to join our team as Resident Services Specialists. As the first point of contact for our residents and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for our students.

As a Resident Services Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting residents throughout their stay with Scape, from check-in to check-out. You will be the face of our company, providing a safe, included, and empowering environment for our students to make the most of their studies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service and operations experience
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manage competing priorities with excellent organisational skills
  • Utilise computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accommodation or customer management software
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including conflict resolution skills
