Senior Donor Manager

Secure gifts of $10K+ and steward donors across the full portfolio.

The Role
  • Develop and steward a portfolio of high-value donors to secure gifts of $10K+
  • Build a bequest strategy and pipeline of intenders
  • Proactively manage and develop relationships with donors to solicit gifts
  • Support senior managers in the stewardship of major and principal gifts
Key Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in fundraising, NFP or customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills and results-focussed attitude
  • Experience establishing, nurturing and stewarding relationships within a portfolio of existing and prospective donors and foundations
  • Exceptional writing and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and establish priorities
