About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Strategic Philanthropy Manager. This key role will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to engage high-value donors, leveraging their support to drive impact and advancement of our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to engage high-value donors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH DONORS, INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS TO DRIVE GROWTH AND IMPACT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective fundraising campaigns, events, and programs.
  • Conduct thorough research on donors, identifying opportunities for engagement and solicitation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on donor interactions, gifts, and progress towards goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies in fundraising and philanthropy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in securing significant donations from high-value donors.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Degree qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with fundraising software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
