Accommodation Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Accommodation Assistant to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our accommodation village, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process bookings and allocate accommodation efficiently.
  • Conduct smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Compile comprehensive reports on guest activities and preferences.
  • Perform general administrative duties and retail tasks.

About You:

  • You have relevant work experience in accommodation or administration.
  • You possess expertise in using accommodation software packages, preferably RMS.
  • You have excellent computer and administrative skills.
  • You are a team player with remarkable communication skills and customer service enthusiasm.
