Remote Site Admin Jobs

Compass Group is hiring experienced site administrators for remote locations. We provide essential workplace support in isolated terrains worldwide, from oil rigs to gold mines.

Due to rapid growth across the east coast remote sector, we need dedicated professionals to join our team as we expand into new regions. Local applicants are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis, while non-locals can expect accommodation and meals provided.

  • Property Administration Officer (Middlemount based) - 7.6 hour days, Monday to Friday
  • Site Administrators - 14/7 roster, 10 hour days
  • Receptionists - 14/7 roster, 10 hour days
  • Accommodation/Reservation Administrators - 14/7 roster, 10 hour days

The Ideal Candidate

  • A collaborative individual with strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administration experience
  • Certificate II in Business (desired)
  • Proficiency in using accommodation booking systems within hospitality or tourism settings
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
  • A professional and friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams and communicate clearly
