As an Accommodation Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by performing various tasks associated with accommodation operations.

  • Process bookings and allocate rooms accordingly
  • Conduct check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Prepare and manage reports related to guest stays
  • Assist with general administrative duties and retail services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience in administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in using software packages, preferably RMS
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
