Overview

Guest Services Assistants (Casual and Full Time)

Responsibilities
  • Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
  • Performing check in/out
  • Preparing reports
  • Conducting general admin and retail duties
Benefits

About You
  • Relevant work experience in accommodation/administration
  • Experience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Team player with remarkable communication
  • Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
