Dining Operations Manager

Located in Launceston, the hotel offers a range of accommodation options with meeting and event spaces, as well as Tasmanian cuisine. On your days off, take time out and immerse yourself in nature, or sample some of the finest produce and wines in the renowned food and wine region of the Tamar Valley.

Job Summary

As a Dining Operations Manager, you are at the forefront of creating a variety of dining experiences that showcase exceptional taste and service. Your main goal is to guide a unified team, guaranteeing the flawless execution of food and beverage operations while maintaining high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Take the reins during busy service hours at the front of the house, setting the pace and leading by example
  • Collaborate with your team to spark motivation and attain exceptional results together
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere where every moment turns into a memory and every experience into a story
  • Guide your team in attaining service excellence while actively seeking out information to enhance product knowledge
Requirements

You must have:

  • Demonstrated genuine passion and enthusiasm for the hospitality sector
  • Prior history of guiding and empowering teams with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with diverse food & beverage settings and flexibility to work across different schedules
  • A valid RSA or an equivalent qualification
