Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead vital water infrastructure projects that benefit local communities.

This role involves supervising multiple renewal and capital work projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes. You will also be responsible for project planning, cost estimation, subcontractor coordination, and performance reporting.

  • Supervise multiple projects to ensure timely completion and compliance with safety and budget requirements.
  • Develop project plans, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
  • Lead a team of Project Engineers in identifying risks, fostering innovation, and addressing problems that impact project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with partners, design teams, and key stakeholders to promote collaboration and mutual understanding.

The ideal candidate combines technical skill with people leadership, commercial acumen, and a focus on safety and quality.

About the Role:
  • Proven experience in project management within the water or utilities sector is highly regarded.
  • Hold a Cert IV or higher in Project Management qualifications.
  • Previous experience in managing major and minor capital works projects is essential.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are necessary.
