**Overview of the Role:**

The Team Leader Homecare Victoria is a pivotal position that oversees the provision of care and services to Elders living in the community.

This leader will provide direct supervision to Care Managers, drive service operations and business growth, and support change management and continuous improvement in line with ongoing aged care reforms.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership and direction to staff, ensuring high quality services are delivered under the principles of Consumer Directed Care, and participating in the evaluation and review of Home Care Services.

Additionally, this role involves promoting Home Care within the community, expanding networks, and presenting MiCare's services and brand to attract consumers.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline, proven ability to effectively support and lead case management and support staff, demonstrated knowledge and sound case management experience in the aged care sector, and self-motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills.
