The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of up to 60 staff across multiple departments, including overseeing the head chef. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, focusing on delivering excellent guest service while managing your team and restaurant in all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff across multiple departments, ensuring superior service and quality is maintained.
  • Rostering, on-shift management, and training to ensure a positive working environment.
  • Stock control and costs of goods, maintaining adherence to OH&S and Food Hygiene procedures.
  • Identify sales opportunities and foster a positive atmosphere for customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience managing people in addition to growing sales, managing costs, and delivering outstanding service in a high-volume fast-paced environment.
  • Proven management experience with outstanding leadership capabilities and customer service focus.
  • Qualifications in Hospitality (desirable but not essential).
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently.
  • Possession of a passion for creating a supportive and motivating team culture.
