Job Description

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for entertaining and engaging all bar guests, serving cold beers, great wines, and making our delicious cocktails that Fridays' is known for. You'll also seat and serve food and drinks to our guests.

  • Promoting our loyalty program to customers by suggesting they join and explaining the benefits.
  • Creating high-quality drinks that you'll be proud of, using your creativity and knowledge of mixology techniques.
  • Demonstrating exceptional bar etiquette while serving guests.
  • Preparing alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Upselling and suggesting sell to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Following your steps of service to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
  • Cultivating a customer-first culture by putting guest needs above all else.
  • Interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving food and drinks in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Assessing customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Checking customers' identification and confirming it meets the legal drinking age.
  • Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized environment.
  • Supporting the team by running food and drinks to guests and clearing plates and drinks.
  • Nurturing an excellent guest experience by staying focused on customer needs and expectations.
  • Complying with all food and beverage regulations to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential.
  • A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach in addition to excellent service standards.
  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

All the tools necessary for you to run the business efficiently and effectively are provided. Estimated salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience.
