Job Title: Transcription Operations Manager

The key objective of this position is to oversee the transcription process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of accurate transcripts that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with transcribers to assign work based on production schedules and style guides.
  • Manage and allocate resources for same-day and delayed transcription tasks.
  • Finalize and deliver transcripts according to client quality KPIs.
  • Setup ad-hoc transcript orders for transcription and production.
  • Provide relevant job information to transcribers.
  • Deliver transcripts to clients via various methods.
  • Conduct quality assessments for transcribers as directed by management and Quality Assurance.
  • Participate in transcriber training as necessary.
