  • Manage Galley Load Planning (GLP) systems and processes across Jetstar group inflight operations to ensure accurate, efficient and cost-effective loading configurations.">
  • Maintain data integrity, support system integrations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in catering and inflight service operations.">
  • Conduct data analysis to support weight and balance reporting and compliance.">
  • Translate business requirements into IT specifications while managing the deployment of systems and training operational support teams.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Tertiary qualifications in Aviation, Logistics, Business Systems or IT.">
  • Experience in inflight services, catering, or airline operations systems is essential.">
  • Expertise in Catering Management Systems, Menu Management Systems, Loading and Inventory systems (ideally within aviation).">
  • Strong analytical, auditing, and project management skills.">
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI Tools, preferred).">
