Job Title: Business Process Analyst

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in business systems.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business processes, including Sales, Pricing, Rebates, Invoicing, Shipping, Billing, and Inventory Management.

You'll work closely with business process owners to identify improvements and develop new functionality. This includes analysing how applications support business processes, translating business requirements into clear system designs, and liaising with development teams to communicate functional changes.

Additionally, you'll be responsible for documenting functional requirements and test plans, providing orientation and support for new and modified systems, and supporting users through training and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and understand how applications support business processes.

About You

We're looking for someone with proven experience in Order to Cash business processes, strong documentation and specification writing skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio.
