Job Title: Business Transformation Consultant
KPMG Australia is seeking a skilled consultant to join our Management Consulting division in Australia. Our team works with some of the most exciting, innovative and important businesses in Australia.
We are looking for individuals who can help us improve customer experience and enhance operations. As a business transformation consultant, you will be responsible for translating business and customer needs into best practice process and operation design requirements.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Systems Thinking, TQM or MOS. They will also have experience in implementing designs within core and enabling processes.
You will work closely with our clients to design and establish portfolio/program/project management functions and underlying capabilities. Your skills in technology enabled transformation programs, energy transition or customer digital transformations will be highly beneficial.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in finance technology implementation, data and analytics, and process improvement.
- Experience in financial transformation, shared services and outsourcing.
- Deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, management and budgeting.
