Key Responsibilities:- Drive the execution of leader-led operating model change programs that align with high-performance principles.
- Partner with teams to facilitate transformational workforce change.
- Create effective relationships with People Business Partners to ensure org designs and change management plans meet business needs.
- Lead a small team of Org Design & Workforce Change Specialists to deliver impactful change outcomes.
- Monitor progress across people workstreams, escalate dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Facilitate leadership engagement and communications to build momentum around key initiatives.
Success Measures: Effective delivery of people transformation milestones within agreed timelines, positive business and employee feedback, and improved culture and performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in organisation design, change management, or HR leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
- Experience working in matrix environments and coordinating across multiple teams.
- Hands-on experience in building and applying transformation toolkits.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with pragmatic delivery.
