Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

A business transformation specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of our iconic Australian institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and management of business analysis approaches, eliciting, analysing, documenting, and communicating business requirements.

This is a 12-month opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organisation's operations, processes, and outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

About You
  • Demonstrated experience in business process modelling, requirements management, and solution evaluation is essential.
  • Proficiency in BPMN and other modelling standards is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical perspectives are critical.
