Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead the operations of a consultancy, ensuring seamless project delivery across various sectors.

This senior role reports to the Directors and is responsible for managing business functions that enable high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial processes, including invoicing, payroll, accounts, and reporting
  • Oversee HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff records
  • Support business growth through strategic planning, proposals, and networking activities
  • Implement and maintain Integrated Management Systems (Quality, WHS, Environmental)
  • Provide executive support to Directors, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Manage office operations and contribute to governance and compliance activities
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in practice, office, or business management
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or related discipline preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership abilities
  • Experience managing HR processes and compliance frameworks
  • Strong MS Office skills and adaptability with new systems
  • A professional, collaborative approach
  • Authorisation to work in Australia
