About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled leader to join our business on the South Coast of NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading resource coordination across multiple project sites, ensuring high productivity and meeting project timelines and planning.

Requirements:

  • Well-developed communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Civil Construction Experience
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Good level of computer literacy including MS Word, Excel, and Project
