Role Summary
This senior leadership role is responsible for coaching and developing a high-performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive commerciality through strategic product placement, and maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and develop department leaders and store team members to achieve outstanding customer service standards
- Manage store operations, scheduling, and financial performance to meet targets and drive sales growth
- Lead a busy store with a large team, driving KPI achievement and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Proven ability to coach teams to deliver exceptional service and build customer loyalty
- Experience driving service standards across multiple departments while maintaining a seamless customer experience
- Strong retail operations experience with efficient process management
- Ability to build a positive team culture through coaching and recognition
