Job Description
Overview of the RoleThis senior role is pivotal in leading the end-to-end delivery of payroll services and people systems.
You will be responsible for driving innovation, ensuring compliance, and creating a seamless experience for our employees.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior-level payroll management, including full end-to-end processing and strategic leadership.
A strong understanding of industrial awards, enterprise agreements, executive remuneration, and their application in payroll operations is essential.
Demonstrated success in leading system and process improvements, with a focus on compliance, automation, and user experience is also required.
Experience applying human-centred design principles and managing system incidents and service enhancements is beneficial.
A proven ability to lead and develop operational teams, balance priorities, and build a high-performance team culture is necessary.
Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and analytical capability are essential.
Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, superannuation, and compliance frameworks is crucial.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced data reporting and analysis is desirable.
A demonstrated commitment to integrity, discretion, and confidentiality is also required.
