We're seeking a highly motivated and reliable Kitchen Hand to join our fast-paced and award-winning restaurant team. As a key member of our kitchen crew, you'll be responsible for assisting our chefs in preparing and serving delicious meals to our guests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • To perform various tasks as assigned by the chefs with a focus on developing into a skilled and efficient chef.
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs promptly.
  • Work in the kitchen as directed daily.
  • Prepare and assist in cooking and serving food.
  • Ensure work is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Attend and take responsibility for all training provided by the chefs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
  • Take ownership of cleaning duties and responsibilities.
  • Familiarize yourself with established standard operating procedures.
  • Aid in producing a professional work environment.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships with other service team members.
  • Comply with all hotel operational policies and procedures.
  • Familiarize yourself with occupational health and safety guidelines.
