Our Café is seeking an experienced Cook to join our team at Little Mountain on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

This role involves working within our Café assisting with food handling, food preparation, and basic cooking duties, as well as maintaining a clean kitchen environment and basic record keeping.

About the Role :

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in commercial food preparation and cooking, strong knowledge of safe food hygiene practices and kitchen safety, availability on Fridays and Saturdays from 6am to 2pm, and current Police Check and Blue Card, or willingness to obtain them.

Requirements :
  • Commercial food preparation and cooking experience
  • Safe food hygiene practices and kitchen safety knowledge
  • Availability on Fridays and Saturdays from 6am to 2pm
  • Police Check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable Skills :
  • Barista experience
  • Experience supervising and training junior kitchen staff and trainees
  • Flexibility to pick up extra shifts as needed
