Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

- Teamwork: The candidate will work closely with the kitchen team, participating in a 7-day working roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Pressure Management: The ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
- Initiative: We are looking for someone who can show initiative and work as part of a team.
- Lifting Moderate Weights: The candidate will be required to lift moderate amounts of weight on a regular basis.
- Personal Presentation: Maintaining good personal presentation and communication skills is essential for this role.
- Self-Motivation: We require someone who is self-motivated and can demonstrate a "can-do" attitude.
Additional Information: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our Functions kitchen as required. They will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and to work effectively as part of a team.
