About the Role:

Fuse Recruitment is a leading Australian recruitment company specializing in the insurance & wealth management industries. As we continue to grow and expand our client base, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Recruiter to join our team in Brisbane.

This is a unique opportunity for a confident and self-motivated individual with a proven track record in insurance recruitment. As a specialist recruiter, you will work closely with clients to source top talent for various positions within the industry. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring seamless delivery of quality recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates across the insurance sector
  • Sourcing and engaging with new and existing candidates to build long-term connections
  • Conducting consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators, and career aspirations
  • Articulating the strengths and capabilities of candidates to clients to progress them to interview
  • Negotiating and facilitating the successful placement of candidates
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance recruitment (agency or internal)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop additional skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • A team-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset
