About the Opportunity
The Robertson Health Centre is seeking an exceptional Senior Physiotherapist to join its management team, providing clinical leadership and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to Defence personnel.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the physiotherapy department, ensuring the provision of evidence-based practice, supervising staff, and contributing to the centre's continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
- This is an initial casual role with the potential to become a full-time permanent position in early 2024.
- You will provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to Defence personnel, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
- You will also undertake supervisory and management functions, including staff supervision, performance management, and quality assurance.
About You
We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist who has a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Key requirements include:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a physiotherapist.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, preferably in an accredited setting.
- Experience in managing and supervising staff, including performance management and quality assurance.
