About Robertson Health Centre
Located in Darwin, the Robertson Health Centre is a unique clinical environment that delivers a range of health services to Defence personnel. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be part of the management team and play a key role in providing high-quality physiotherapy services.
The Role
- This is an incredible opportunity for a clinician with a focus on mentorship, clinical leadership, and continuous improvement to join our team.
- You will provide evidence-based practice physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitative services to Defence Personnel.
- Undertake supervisory and management functions for the physiotherapy department to ensure the provision of high-quality physiotherapy services.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong management skills, including leadership and conflict resolution.
- A genuine commitment to mentor, lead, and grow internal talent and champion a meaningful career pathway for our clinicians.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of 5 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years full-time postgraduate musculoskeletal experience within the last 5 years in an accredited physiotherapy environment (or part-time equivalent).
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
About You
You must be an Australian citizen and be able to attain and maintain a baseline security clearance from the Defence security and vetting service.

Salary
$120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
