Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Work with design and paid media agencies to ensure timely production and delivery of marketing materials
  • Coordinate with external vendors to produce email newsletters, webcasts, and client marketing campaigns
  • Support the marketing team in executing marketing events and gathering metrics for marketing-related activities
  • Conduct competitor research to identify marketing trends and insights
  • Ensure all marketing materials are fully compliant with regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other business-related discipline
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' marketing experience in the financial services industry
  • Solid understanding of the Australian investment management industry, including investment products
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
