We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Global Markets team as an Associate Director. This role is part of our Career Comeback program, designed to support individuals who have taken a career break of two years or more and are looking to return to the workforce.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your current skill set and previous professional experience in global markets or investment banking to reignite your career. You will work closely with our team to understand your strengths and areas for development, and receive comprehensive on-boarding and industry-specific skills training.

  • Provide exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills to deal with a range of stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with our team to understand your skill set and career goals
  • Participate in a 12-week program on a paid fixed-term contract, with the possibility to roll into a permanent position at the end of the program
