Job Description

As an experienced carer, you will be responsible for delivering in-home support services to our aged care customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with activities of daily living tasks, such as showering, dressing, and medication management.

Our customers require support with their mobility and therapy goals, and you will play a vital role in helping them achieve these objectives. You will also provide domestic assistance, including light cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and general chores around the house.

In addition to providing personal care and domestic assistance, you will also offer social support to our customers. This may include transportation to appointments and social outings, shopping, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Administration is also an important aspect of this role, and you will be responsible for reporting and progress notes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12 months+ experience in a related field or completion of a Cert III in Individual Support/Disability/A nursing degree
  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday within the hours of 7am - 6pm
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence and ownership of a reliable comprehensive insured vehicle
  • Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
