Facility Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance to take on the role of a Facility Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing all facility concerns and supporting our Management Team Members.

  • Manage building and room leasing agreements, as well as coordinate constructions and services.
  • Supervise IT network and telephone services, including setup and maintenance.
  • Oversee internal facility concerns, including office setup or relocation projects and management of office supplies.
  • Coordinate with third parties on agreements and contracts, ensuring corporate identity is observed at all times.
  • Manage office materials, ordering, and inventory, providing IT support and consulting when needed.
  • Arrange travel and handle AIG-Travel insurance, as well as organize customer and staff events.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role is required. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Extensive experience in facility management.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good English language knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good technical knowledge of IT applications.
  • Dynamically proactive personality with teamworking skills.
