**BGIS**is seeking a proactive and organized **Facilities Coordinator**to join our dynamic team based in **Berwick, VIC**. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help support the day-to-day operations of facilities with vendor management and monitoring.
- Accurate Data entry and review
- Coordinate scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Liaise with service providers, contractors, and internal teams to address operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of building operations, inspections, and reports.
- Ensure facilities meet all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Support Helpdesk Functions
- Support contract reporting needs

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in facilities or property management is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
