We are seeking an experienced Agri Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires expertise in Broadacre and Horticulture farming practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on crop health, nutrition, and protection to farmers across the region.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing agronomic and farm management advice including planning, monitoring, testing & inspecting on a variety of crops
  • Developing and delivering tailored recommendations to address growers' specific challenges and opportunities
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with existing and new clients
  • Conducting farm visits to identify customer needs, offer product recommendations, and support implementation of agronomic solutions
  • Maximising promotional opportunities through demonstrations and trial work

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications or studying in Agricultural Science (or a related field)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced sales position, preferably in ag products
  • Strong background in agronomy and understanding of sustainable practices
  • Knowledge of new agricultural technologies and their applications
