Senior Clinical Nutrition Specialist

As a Senior Clinical Nutrition Specialist, you will work within a varied and complex caseload, contributing to safe, reliable, and sustainable healthcare services. Your clinical practice will be related to the assigned senior caseload but remains flexible to ensure patient-centred and time-appropriate care. This includes acute, sub-acute, and out-of-hospital care services as required.
This role is responsible for leading quality improvement, research, and service development of clinical areas consistent with state-wide initiatives and strategic directions. You will also act as a resource person by leading and mentoring junior staff members.
Key Requirements- A tertiary qualification in Nutrition and Dietetics from a recognised institution providing eligibility for membership of Dietitians Australia and hold Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) status.
- Postgraduate qualifications in relevant practice areas are highly desirable.
