Job Title: Coordinator, Mental Health And Alcohol And Other Drugs

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Coordinator, Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs. As a key member of our service development team, you will be responsible for driving the successful commissioning activities of our Mental Health and AOD team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver evidence-informed, sustainable practices across the broader health sector.
  • Drive the development and implementation of commissioned services and projects that align with local priorities and community health needs.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance on contract management, program compliance, task prioritisation, and reporting.
  • Analyse available data to draw meaningful insights to inform contract management, AOD program priorities, and best practice.

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management, report writing skills, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience interacting with external stakeholders and bringing multiple stakeholders together to ensure meaningful engagement with community stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand the Australian primary health care system, including intersections between primary and tertiary care.
